Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Boker's Bitters

Founded by John G. Boker in 1828
  • Boker’s Bitters gained popularity in New York and around the World as the finest bitters of the Golden Age of mixed drinks. Boker’s Bitters were famously the preferred brand of Professor Jerry Thomas.
  • Despite being unequalled when used in the refined drinks of the bar, the devastating effect of The Volstead Act, commonly referred to as Prohibition, closed the Boker’s company in the 1920s.
  • Bokers Bitters has now been recreated by Adam Elmegirab

King's Ginger

Formulated in 1903 for King Edward VII.
  • Rich and zesty, the liqueur was created to stimulate and revivify His Majesty during morning rides in his new horseless carriage - a Daimler.
  • It is no coincidence, perhaps, that in the first season after the creation of The King’s Ginger, a record 1300 partridge were shot in one day at Sandringham. Or that, after four failed attempts, England’s cricketers finally regained the Ashes under the captaincy of Plum Warner.
  • The King's Ginger was specifically formulated by Berry Brothers.

Ceylon Arrack

Rockland Distilleries began on a family estate in 1924
  • Ceylon Arrack is 100% natural. The process of distilling the sap, carefully hand collected from the flower atop tall coconut trees is a timeless art.
  • Aged in traditional Sri Lankan Halmilla wood, every step in creating this liquid receives the personal attention of their Master Distiller.
  • It is sure to win the hearts of those who try it!

Martin Millers Gin

Born of Love, Obsession and some Degree of Madness
  • And so it was; three gentlemen got together in Notting Hill to discuss just how good a gin they could make if they placed no practical, fiscal, or even geographic limitations on its creation.
  • The result was one of extensive tasting combined with thorough production knowledge and eventually they all agreed on recipe number 7.

Diplomatico Anejo Rum

The rum of rums.
  • Diplomatico aged rums are produced in Venezuela by Destilerias Unidas and are ranked consistently among the finest South American rums. With a total of seven stills (three potstills and four column stills) the distillery has been producing top-quality spirits for over 45 years by distilling sugarcane honey in old copper pot stills.
  • Diplomatico Anejo is a fantastic smooth-sipping medium-weight golden rum, blended from a mix of continuous still and potstill rums aged for an average of four years.

La Fee Parisienne Absinthe

Be careful with the green fairy
  • A traditional French absinthe distilled by a Paris based distiller using Grand Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and other fine herbs. La Fée Parisienne was the first traditional absinthe distilled in France since the 1915 ban and is the only absinthe endorsed by the Musée de l’Absinthe, Auvers-sur-Oise, France. Each distillation is personally approved by world-renowned absinthe expert, Marie-Claude Delahaye.
  • Parisienne is distilled at the traditional 68% abv following an authentic 19th century recipe and louches perfectly when water is added.
  • Our customers' favourite Absinthe by far

Jensen's Old Tom Gin

Naturally sweetened with extra botanicals
  • Following the success and critical acclaim for Jensen’s London Dry Gin, and the recent revival of interest in older style gins, Christian has turned the clock back even further with his new Jensen’s London - Distilled Old Tom Gin.
  • Old Tom was an early nickname for gin, and nowadays it is generally understood to refer to the sweeter style of gin produced in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Jensen’s Old Tom Gin is an unmissable taste experience, and is perfect for classic gin cocktails like the Tom Collins or Martinez whose original recipes called for Old Tom.

St. Germain Elderflower

Delicious new liqueur from Simon Difford
  • St Germain is made in France from handpicked elderflower blossoms. Because St-Germain is all natural and has no preservatives, it should be consumed within 6 months after opening for optimum flavour. This is a fine artisanal French Liqueur which is all natural and made from 100% fresh, handpicked elderflowers.
  • Celery Bitters became a lost ingredient. Defunct for decades. Now revived to please the most discriminating palate.
  • Subtle yet complex in flavour with a low sugar content, roughly half that of other liqueurs. St. Germain easily pairs with a variety of spirits in many cocktails. It even has an elegant French-inspired bottle to adorn your back bar or shelf at home.

Tabu Classic

With selected herbs.
  • As is indicated by the name, this is a classic among the varieties of absinth. Authentic, unusual and versatile, its bold design defines its distinctive properties: provocative, sophisticated and superior.
  • The secret lies in the selected ingredients such as herbs, anise and artemisia absinthium added to the alcohol.
  • The taste is nothing short of glorious.

Tabu Dry

Without Anise, all natural ingredients.
  • No additives or colourings are used in this recipe. We only use the highest-quality natural ingredients that attest to an inheritance from traditional fine distillation methods.
  • Stone fruit is pressed together with the stone, resulting in the characteristic almond notes. The raw mixture is mixed with alcohol and refined using an exquisite herbal mixture that is followed as strictly as its secret is kept hidden.
  • Can be combined with many different ingredients for a broad range of cocktails and long drinks.

Tabu Red

Fruity and spicy, enriched with oranges.
  • CIntentionally bold: It proudly flaunts its red colour, asserting its confidence as well as its uncompromising standards of quality.
  • The aromas and flavours come from fine herbs as well as the peel of bitter and sweet oranges. The zests of sun-ripened oranges are selected due to their high content of essential oils. During the distillation process, the heads and tailings are carefully separated out, so that only the heart – or main fraction – is retained.
  • This absinth provides a fresh and exciting indulgence for your senses.
